Design/Build means we are your
single point of accountability from the initial stages of design through the completion of the construction process. We are experts in completing home projects that require specific design development and the management of multiple sources and trades. We partner with local Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers, Kitchen Designers and all the trade professionals necessary for any remodeling project from baths to major additions. Our far-reaching relationships within the contracting community allow us to build the ideal team to make your personal vision a reality!
We do not "sell" our services. Instead, we offer a
consultative approach, designed to present you with the options and costs, that empowers you to make informed decisions to meet all your personalization goals.
A living space designed for your lifestyle
Major remodels or additions (master suite renovation, addition for a larger kitchen, great room addition, remodeling a single floor, or your whole home) might leverage all our design partners or as few as one. At our initial visit, we will sit down with you and discuss the reasons for your project and all the possible avenues to make your personalization goals a reality. With your vision in mind, we build and lead a team of professionals who will add value to the process and design.
We have found that with KINRES as the single point of accountability for our team of home remodeling professionals, we can offer our clients a better price point and a higher quality product. While some firms use in-house "professionals", our experience has shown that in-house staff inflates overhead costs and erodes quality. Based on specific project requirements, we use only certified and licensed professionals who ensure the highest level of attention and quality to your personal vision and the construction of your project.
A kitchen designed for your needs
Whether you are a gourmet chef or your kitchen acts as grand central station, we are here to help. Our kitchen remodel process begins (fittingly) with a meeting in your kitchen. We discuss your ideas and take an inventory of what's working and what isn't in your current kitchen space. Based on this meeting, we develop a state-of-the-art 3D kitchen sketch that allows you to see the kitchen from any perspective and make changes to create the design that brings your vision to life.
With your unique kitchen design modeled, we will work through all the selections necessary for your project: cabinet styles, colors, countertops, knobs, fixtures, lighting, flooring, backsplash and appliances. For each selection, we will organize and systematically present the options, allowing you to make informed decisions about the materials and finishes in your kitchen design. From the design through the successful construction of your project, we are here to help with all the details to create the kitchen you love.

At KINRES, regardless of the project size or room to remodel, we provide the same single point of accountability and consultative approach. Let us help you create your personal oasis, your place of Zen, and sometimes, though we may not advertise it, a wonderful place to hide for a moment of peace or escape.
We start with a meeting in your home to discuss your ideas and your baths possibilities. With a plan in mind we identify the materials and fixtures required and walk you through the selection process. Our consultative approach helps you make selections based on the options available and the varying degrees of quality, ease of care, and cost. By the end of this process, you will feel confident that you have made informed decisions to create your personalized bath.
For larger baths, or for those clients who may not want the responsibility of creative control, we work with talented and experienced designers to provide you with the inspiration you need to make the right selection. We never insist on any specific design; we are simply here to help in any way we can.
